DS4 doesn't detect this joystick

I did everything recommended, even tried in two different computers (laptop and desktop) but i couldn't make it appear on the list. Is there something wrong with this particular joystick? Is a Nacom joystick but when i use the Gamepad test it says xbox 360 Controller (XInput STANDARD GAMEPAD). So it actually detects it but the program doesn't? it's quite strange, i hope someone can help me

So, the issue is precisely because it is detected as an Xbox 360 controller by itself.
DS4Windows needs controllers to communicate in the standard DS4 controller format, but it is communicating as a XInput device (controller that has the xbox layout).

Do the following:

1. Download the USB Tree View
   • You probably need the first download link, x64 latest version
2. Run it, then select your controller in the left side
3. Copy ALL the content on the right side and then paste it in a notepad file
4. Upload the notepad file here

For the record, we couldn't get anything done with this device due to being very reluctant to being analyzed 😬
