From what I can tell using https://gamepad-tester.com it looks as if it's outputting at 1000hz going by the speed at which the timestamp counter is increasing. Not gonna mark this as answered though, as I wouldn't mind a more definite answer. |

I couldn't seem to find an answer for exactly what I am wondering, sorry in advance if it has been answered somewhere.
I am using HIDUSBF to force my ds4 controller to run at 1000hz over USB.
I can see from the input delay that DS4Windows is reading the controller at 1000hz, since when it's overclocked the input delay is hovering around 0.5ms but when the controller is set to default polling rate with HIDUSBF it hovers around 3.5ms.
So I guess my question is whether or not if I am emulating a ds4 controller and hiding the default one, weather the game I am playing is then receiving 1000hz updates from the emulated controller?
On this topic, there is an ability to force the BT polling rate to 1000hz, it would be cool if the same functionality existed for USB.
