--fullscreen / --relative cli argument

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Scaling on smaller displays might be difficult while some might wish to always launch into fullscreen mode

Describe the solution you'd like
--fullscreen launches the window in fullscreen mode
--relative adapts the scale to the current window size and tries to make things fit

Further on, cli arguments need to be reworked as they are currently non functional
