[Bug]: Layer selection window has inconsistent size

Describe the Bug

The layer selection windowlet (in the top corner) is smaller when the Token layer is selected than when any other layer is selected.

To Reproduce

With the Pointer Tool active:
Click "Token" in the layer selector
Click anything else in the layer selector

Expected Behaviour

The layer selector should remain a consistent size and shape.
