Hi @dorzafar, MONAI Label offers support on Windows and Linux. MACOS isn't supported: https://github.com/Project-MONAI/MONAILabel?tab=readme-ov-file#current-stable-version You could install and start the MONAI Label server on a Windows or Linux machine and then connect to it using Slicer on MACOS.
