BUG: Fixes the Contact Us section, Rate ur Experience and Hover effects

What happened?

I want to make chages in contact us section for better user experience, as well as in Rate your Experience also need some improvement.
in the signup page hover effects need on the whole page and home button is not visible

pls assign me under gssoc-ext, hacktoberfest-accepted, level 3

@PriyaGhosal mam pls reopen the issue . I m busy with my college exams but now i fix the issue asap
