The "Contact Us" page needs a UI update to align with the overall color theme of the application. Additionally, adding subtle animations and rearranging elements will improve both aesthetics and functionality.

Suggested Improvements:

Color Theme: Update the page to match the site's color scheme for consistency and a modern look.
Element Arrangement: Rearrange form elements (input fields, buttons, etc.) for better spacing, alignment, and responsiveness.
Subtle Animations: Add smooth animations to form interactions (e.g., button hover effects, input focus states, transitions when submitting).
Typography: Ensure that fonts and text sizes are consistent with the rest of the site's design guidelines.

Additional Information:

Include responsive design for various screen sizes.
Ensure that the page adheres to accessibility guidelines.
