“Delete file” in the Main Menu/ File causes an “Access violation” #2

Test sequence:

Open an image.
In Main Menu — File press Delete file.

Expected behaviour:
On step 2: The open file is deleted.

Actual behaviour:
On step 2:

An “Access violation” error is shown.
The file is not deleted.

Environment:
Windows 10, 64 bit.
Lazzy Image Vierwer, version: 0.7.1
