How do I setup streams on v2 api?

So, what I'm using is this -

        appKey: APP_KEY,
        appSecret: APP_SECRET
    });

    const loggedClient = await mainClient.appLogin();

    await client.v2.updateStreamRules({
        add: [ {
            value: "#NoChimpGetsLeftBehind"
        } ],
    });

    const stream = await loggedClient.v2.searchStream();    

    stream.on(ETwitterStreamEvent.Data, eventData => console.log('Twitter has sent something:', eventData));

It throws me this error -
