Describe the bug
A clear and concise description of what the bug is.
My Dell H825CDW is only able to print files whenever it is using the Dell PPD file or as a Generic PDF printer. Whenever I use it as a Generic IPP Everywhere Printer, it does not work as expected. The screen shows a "Processing" message for a real long time, then eventually after a few minutes, prints out the following garbage. This is concerning considering I have heard cups is only going to support IPP in the future.
Also, this printer does support IPP/Airprint, as mentioned in the user manual here.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Have a Dell H825CDW
Add it over the internet as a Generic IPP printer
Try to print a blank document
Wait for a few minutes as the printer says processing
Fail
Expected behavior
I expect the printer to be able to work as an IPP printer.

Ok, so I enabled the avahi daemon and a lot of the errors listed went away. However, I am still not able to print anything.
Edit:
I was able to connect to my printer with Avahi before hand directly over my home network, as cups always showed it. However, even with trying IPP over the multicast DNS thing with avahi, it doesn't work still.
