Describe the Bug

Answering Yes in Load Segmentation Dialog removes arrows to loop through Segments while No does not.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to https://viewer.ohif.org/segmentation?StudyInstanceUIDs=61.7.110976287009623783394893059131426578073
  2. Manually open the segmentation
  3. Click Yes on Load segmentation Dialog

Same with RTSTRUCT

The current behavior

Arrows to cycle through segments dissappears. I would expect behaviour of Yes and No to be the opposite? Maybe I am wrong of what was intended.

The expected behavior

The arrows don't dissappear and the segmentation opens.
