Currently in hardware there are detection mechanisms for an open circuit in HV (I assume detect shoot through?), mechanisms to detect if LV is shutting off (i.e. if GLV dips below 17V or so), and mechanisms to detect if shutdown loop goes down.
Desired Additional Features
We need to be able to interrupt in this event and get the motor controller into a safe state such that it won't blow itself up.
