In hardware, we have the IGBT Reset line, the IGBT Fault line, and the IGBT Ready line.
Desired Additional Features
We need to look into what signals are handled for us in hardware, what signals we can handle in the STM's hardware synchronization mechanisms (i.e. have PWM timers blocked by IGBT Ready and Fault lines in hardware), and what needs to be handled in software (i.e. maybe don't switch state to "RUNNING" until IGBT is ready?)
