[Suggestion] Add Fusion Reactor recipe

Hello, Can you maybe add the Fussion Reactor recipe?

Its hardcoded in the mod, you can transform water in steam using the reactor, and I wanted to add another recipe to make Polonium. Is it possible? (Their insn't any JEI intergation, it's not marked in jei that you can make steam with the fussion reactor)
