I set up my email and password with the right email and password in the format of 'email', and 'pass', and I haven't changed any other settings. This just doesn't seem to be working for me as nothing is being displayed on my desktop.

Is this only for Mavericks, or is it supposed to work on Yosemite?
Also if this only works for Mavericks is there anything I can do to make it work on Yosemite, or will there ever be support for it to work on Yosemite?

The issue is the API is out of date. Try this widget instead https://github.com/chagel/uberist
