Unable to get drop-down working

I am trying to add a scene Drop-Down to my light entity. I created a template select with all the scenes. This part works nicely. But when I try to have a feature row with this dropdown, it's always empty. What am I doing wrong?

You didn't add any options. Click on the add option button in the editor to add options. While it should autofill the option and tap_action fields for each option for select and input_select entities, you still have to add them to your dropdowns and selectors so you can customize them as necessary.
