Calling the batch cp4 to be consisten with what I did in the past.
What's left to do:

  • push the few minor changes to the global-workflow (fork, feature/cp4)
  • make sure the above points to the feature/cp4 in the GDASApp, jcb-gdas ... possibly others?
  • point to the jedi #'s that have @shlyaeva 's bug fixes for sea ice DA
  • Make sure shuffle is turned back on
  • Review ocean DA config with @JohnSteffen-NOAA for ADT sigo's and B-matrix.
  • ... probably forgetting something
