Sea Level Projections Discovery

Description

There are some discoveries that have been given to us from Dee-Dee that are ready for configuration. As a first step, we want to configure the available content and data. Not all data will be available in VEDA, so we should use placeholders or images. Then, we can use this visual to facilitate the conversation about ingesting the necessary data.

Acceptance Criteria

• The Dashboard is configured to show all the Discoveries listed below, with currently available data, images, and subtitles

• Sea Level Projections

• Pull Request #206

For sea level contributions from Greenland and Antarctica (for the sea level projections story), these two SVS visualizations from GRACE should be nice additions
