In some reviews of the latest release, there was a question about whether new users should be added to the wheel group by default.

While I don't want to make all users doas/sudo friendly, this is something we need to figure out during the installer period or at least warn the user to do it.

added a warning in the adduser script as a start but we may want to do more. leaving this open for more feedback. 21fa3b1
