FreeBSD recently added parallel startup to current. [https://cgit.freebsd.org/src/commit/?id=77e1ccbee3]

It requires the above commit plus new rcorder with a -p flag. (parallel)

Investigate this feature for MidnightBSD.

Note: we have the -p flag used due to some DragonFly changes to rcorder we imported. Might need to call this -P to maintain compatibility.

Also, we have NOT sycned rcorder with 12 stable in current.
