MSIX feature support matrix is Version Incomplete

Issue

On the page supported-platforms.md the version matrix only lists feature support through Windows 10 21H2 and Windows 11 21H2. As of today my machine is running version Windows 10 22H2 and I assume there is an equivalent for Windows 11.

Proposed Solution

Amend the documentation to indicate all future versions for Windows 10 and 11 are feature complete, or indicate any discrepancies.

As I See it...

I would think this is a simple(ish) change only requiring a dev to spend some time validating the feature completeness but I also work in software dev so I know how these things can take on a life of there own.
