Missing release for arm64 #106

Running the installation script on a Raspberry Pi yields the following error:

Downloading binary:
  From: https://github.com/MatchbookLab/local-persist/releases/download/v1.3.0/local-persist-linux-arm64
  To:   /usr/bin/docker-volume-local-persist
curl: (22) The requested URL returned error: 404

Looks like only the amd64 binary has been compiled in the latest release.

For anyone that might stumble across this in future, here is a binary compiled using a Raspberry Pi 3:
local-persist-linux-arm64.gz
