I was very surprised by the "utils" bits. #235

In 10.8.2.1 we have:

//! src/routes/admin/password/get.rs
use crate::session_state::TypedSession;
use crate::utils::{e500, see_other};

I wrote a whole thing about how I couldn't find it anywhere, but:

It's two pages later. :sigh: Uh, maybe move src/utils.rs first? :D
