Install issue of Lazarus using FPCUPdeluxe

Hello,

I downloaded the new version V2.4.0f and tried to do an update for FPC and Lazarus and I am running into the following issue:

Fatal: (1018) Compilation aborted
Error: C:\lazarus\fpc\bin\i386-win32\ppc386.exe returned an error exitcode
make[1]: *** [lazbuilder] Error 2
make: *** [lazbuild] Error 2
fpcupdeluxe: ERROR: Lazarus Native Installer (BuildModuleCustom: Lazbuild): make.exe returned exit status #2.
and the following errors

If I open lazbuilder.lpr and try to compile this myself I get the following error:

I had the same issue with Ideconfig, but I compiled this and now this doesn't give the error. But the installation was aborted so their will be more issues/ missing files etc. I believe.
I have added the complete logging. checking this for ideconfig and idedebugger I see the following:

This looks different then the other -Fu lines.
