Support `@track` within a `@track` #41

Currently

@track begin
    @track rand()
    1
end

Might cause a runtime metadata mismatch because the outer track could be skipped even when the inner track is still expected to run.

Workaround: LilithHafner/Chairmarks.jl@e0a58fc
