This is lithuanian bibliography file lithuanian.lbx for the BibLaTeX package with its SourceForge page located at sourceforge.net/projects/biblatex/.
I will try to get this file in the new release of BibLaTeX.
Just place the file lithuanian.lbx in your projects root directory. BibLaTeX will find it.
