Define inputs for the free-deployer image

Before we create the free-deployer image we need to define a list of required inputs for the image, off the top of my head based on previous discussions this should include at least:

• specific catalog source for Kuadrant
• secrets for AWS and GCP

@azgabur was working on all requirements for the testsuite dependency deployment, consult this with him.
