Remove/replace using make target as the method of installation for the docs. This should only be for dev work. Instead use depending on the type of doc either the quickstart or the openshift/k8s installation

TODO:

• Remove references to make targets replacing with new methods
• Look at make target doc is it needed is the location correct should it be in the readme etc

If the pre-req is some k8s cluster with kuadrant already installed, then give both options.
If we have docs with some other pre-req (no kuadrant), I think it's worth discussing if that doc should be in our site.
