How to combine multiple clock domains in a single function?

Ratioed clock domains are sorta like initiation interval != 1? maybe?

Useful for DSP ~double pumping kind of things?

Relative/'local' clock crossings - not absolute specified in main/pragmas? Can point at any non-single-inst function to run in requested relative clock...?
