Backup keeps stopping

The backup itself seemingly keeps stopping with no report of files transferring on the main screen. I've checked in periodically over a week and the amount remaining hasn't moved at all. I have tried restarting the container multiple times and it will create the file list, backup a little bit and then seemingly stop again.

I have just started using it and it seems to be doing the same. backs up for a little while and then hangs. Sometimes it hangs while seemingly backing up, othertimes it hangs saying "Initial backup Paused"
