Similar to windows program; ACiDView

Would be toggled on/off like the nfop statusbar, listing folder heirarchy for quick navigation of NFO files.

After converting interface from libglade to GtkBuilder format, treeview listing should be more accessible now.

Will be trying to add listview to https://github.com/Jigoku/alluvion, if i can implement it, i'll port the gui stuff over to nfop.
