Update test logic for UWM in weekly builds

The logic for sourcing test_ufswm.sh isn't working on Acorn. I think it will work better to record the weekly build script dir at the top of 06_AppTests.sh. Also, let's update test_ufswm.sh to test it inside the template/compiler loop, which will require some search-and-replace logic to update the site's modulefile.
