Project2 missing acls after upgrade

Any reason why p2_projects ACLs has wrong usedIn?

There is also an issue with entityType and entityId. Some records are related to Search, while others are related to Project, but the entityId is set to 0. Is this intentional?

A strange thing happened during the migration from 6.7 to 6.8—some ACLs were deleted (likely because pr2_projects without a foreign key allows it). I assume this might be due to a database check or a search rebuild. This is just my guess, as I couldn’t find any concrete reason for the issue.
