Show all transactions for store items for selected event.

Add a view for viewing store transactions
Allow grouping by user, by item
Allow searching by user, by item
Allow exporting everything (csv ? excel ?)
Add vitest unit-tests
Add APIv2 entrypoints for managing the items
Add APIv2 unit-tests
Check for store transactions permission!
