Fields are not in order

The fields of a well are not in the correct order. If you look for example at the image names for the first plate 2101001 / well A1:
http://idr.openmicroscopy.org/webclient/?show=well-2188280 , the fields are: 2101001 [A|1|2] , 2101001 [A|1|1] , 2101001 [A|1|3] and 2101001 [A|1|4] . The image position is encoded in the name as `[||]. They are not in the correct order. Other wells of other plates have the same issue.
The reason for this issue is that in the companion files the order of the WellSamples matters, not the index like I wrongly assumed. To fix that the companion files have to be regenerated and the whole submission reimported.
It's not an urgent issue. As the annotations go only as far as the well level, the data is correct. It just looks weird that the field order seems to be rather random.
