Issue description

While working on #26, I ran into trouble with docker-compose. We have no troubleshooting section of our documentation to help users is such cases.

Request

Add basic trouble shooting information.

Brief list of steps I followed

Run per docs
When unable to load localhost:30080, try nc or nmap
Run on different system
Repeat steps
Check firewall
Port scan locally and remote
