For supporting Fabric 1.2, I saw a changed was made in README.md to suggest users to use composer v0.20.3.

I'm from IBM Blockchain SRE team. A situation we're facing is some customers have old existing IBM Blockchain Starter Plan fabric 1.1 networks. If they try this sample with composer v0.20.3, they will run into the composer version problem. The right version of composer for them should be v0.19.x.

So I think it would be great if the README.md documents that when the Starter Plan fabric 1.1 network is being used, a corresponding composer version should be v0.19.x. Could somebody please help to make the change? Or any other comments on it?
