Unable to deploy Vehicle Manufacturer sample

I have attempted to install the sample several times
Here is a short snapshot of the error I get in the toolchain for:

Sorry for the delay in responding. This was due to an issue with capacity in Cloudant around the 25th May
For the last week this has been responding correctly.
