[Suggestion] Dimension whitelist config

It'd be great if the huts could be configured to be in whitelisted set of dimensions, and perhaps another config option to invert that whitelist into a blacklist.

This would make it possible, for example, to restrict the huts to the nether, thus eliminating the need to long treks through the hellscape; you'd only need to build a path to the nearest hut.
