Misbehaviour in some browser inputfields

Device: pixel 7
OS: Grapheneos
Browser: brave
Some textfields in the browser do not work as expected.

I was able to reproduce the behaviour when entering a amazon voucher-code via the browser. The voucher starts with "K7ZU-...".
After typing the 4th Char, the previours chars got deleted from the inputfield. When i switch to the native keyboard the field works as expected.
