extendet emoji support

1. smaler emoji
2. scrolling to next tabs
3. able to pin emoji next togehter
4. emojibar search by tag (english)
5. emoji predict by tag (optional automatic type)
6. add owen emoji tag

I don't want to create a dup issue, but I find that annoying that emojis are not all mixed.

I think that's what op meant with "scrolling to next tab". If we scroll down to the bottom of first category it'll automatically move to the second one and so on. Every other keyboard mix emojis so it's a bit disturbing here.

I also agree about emojis size, they're way too big.

Yeah I need that search option, scrolling every tab to find an emoji is a headache! Also emoji size is very big as said, please make it smaller, that way many more emoji could fit in same screen!
