While not a "bug" per se, it certainly seems as though the Relto Grass page was intended to use the same "wavy grass" shader seen in Tsoghal, given that the page is collected there. However, the grass in Relto is instead static and lifeless. Perhaps this was due to a technical issue discovered at the time, a performance concern, or simply a rushed deadline, but it seems like this might be worth investigating - if properly implemented, it would be a huge improvement to the Relto Grass page.
What do we think would be the level of effort required to "re-attach" the shader to the grass in Relto? If it's fairly trivial, then it seems like it's definitely worth a shot.
