Linux issues with Proton #1607

I know some of this probably can't be fixed and is on Proton's end of things but i thought i'd leave some notes here anyway:

-Rain does not render on Eder Kemo nor water in the water tanks on Er'cana

-MOULa has to be launched through the installer constantly on steam

These are the only issues on Linux that I have seem to run into so far. If there are any further issues with linux I will update this.
