Ability to generate custom files on Claymate install

Hi!
I would like the ability to create custom files through the Claymate install command.
In our project we use a custom file structure for the scss files, which would be great to be able to auto generate, either by somehow extending the claymate script or by using something like a fileStructure.json file.
