[docai-ocr-python] cannot run batch request #969

Running on Google Collab, single doc OCR code works fine but when using batch request get following error:

google.api_core.exceptions.InvalidArgument: 400 Failed to process all documents. 3: Failed to process all documents.

I'm using the sample pdf saved in a Cloud Storage bucket
