Notes on the file:

21 have live status blank
78,820 have live = false
22,669 live = true
2825 have a canonical url with http instead of https
21 is unknown error = true

Remaining tasks:

compare live sites in the CISA file to our index
ask CISA what it means for the canonical URL to be http instead https
overlay our errors with their data and look for trends
analyze live sites that redirect and compare against our errors
