When a user goes to ea.gsa.gov currently, they see 3 horizontal boxes explaining "what is GEAR", "who can use GEAR", and "how do I use GEAR". How can we use this space to improve the user experience? For example, could we provide quick links to the most viewed reports in GEAR? Can we provide an interactive chart that might be interesting (e.g. a pie chart with the proportion of software expiring in the next 30 days, the next 60 days, and the next 90 days)?

The most popular reports in the last 90 days have been:

  1. IT standards (2,267 views, 862 users)
  2. search (557 views, 249 users)
  3. systems (557 views, 271 users)
  4. FISMA (509 views, 169 users)
  5. Org chart (346 views, 230 users)
