Permanently setting the basic volume for various sources and devices

Hi,
I use Logitech PC speakers Z320 and Logitech headphones H800 for sound output; I have connected the latter via BT.
My sound sources are usually Webradio Gadget version 5.0.1, the latest VLC player and YouTube if necessary.

EarTrumpet is better than the original Windows Sound app at displaying the different output devices and sound sources, e.g. system sounds, Sidebar (for the web radio gadget), VLC and Vivaldi or the Internet browser used in each case, and you can set the desired volume for each combination separately.

Unfortunately, the nice settings are lost after every Windows start. Is there now a way to save the volume settings and reactivate them when Windows starts?
