The benefits of decoupling the module from a HTML input form may not be clear.

Describe the solution you'd like
We should provide examples of how we could implement this module to an app or a UI component.

What does the proposed API look like?
Implement this to Jam3/react-ui and/or Jam3/nyg-nextjs and attach links to prototype in README
