I am using http to access the videos, but the folder names are garbled when they are Chinese/Japanese/Korean

Same with FTP / USB / SD card. Seems to be a duplicate of #48 and #53. Considering the duplicates, this seems like one of the most important open issues.

Hi,

I'm aware of this issue but it requière a big refactor on my side. Since, I think, it's more a "cosmetic issue" (you can still browse and play files I think) i'll work on that later, when time will be available to me :/

@Cpasjuste I totally understand the lack of time. Just wanted to make my voice count when you will be picking the next topic to work on. Sure, files can still be played, but it takes time to find the right file in a big list. UTF-8 subtitles, on the other hand, are completely useless.
